
Road Warriors Unveil Team Alternate Jerseys

Greenville, SC: The Greenville Road Warriors announced today their alternate jerseys for 2012-2013 season will be unveiled at this Sunday's game. The Road Warriors will debut their alternate jerseys this Sunday and will wear them for every home Sunday game this season.
"We wanted these jerseys to reflect the strong partnership we've built with our NHL affiliate the New York Rangers. We'd like to thank the Rangers organization for their help and support in the development of these new jerseys," said Chris Lewis, Road Warriors Executive Vice President and General Manager. "The Rangers' jersey has become iconic in the hockey world. It evokes a rich history of one of the NHL's storied franchises and we are proud to celebrate our affiliation by wearing these jerseys this season."
The Road Warriors jerseys, pictured below, highlight the team's strong relationship with their NHL affiliate, the New York Rangers. The Road Warriors and the Rangers first partnered just a few months after the team's move to Greenville, and have remained partners through the Road Warriors first three seasons.
"We hope this jersey demonstrates the strong relationship between the Rangers and the Greenville Road Warriors." said Rangers Assistant General Manager Jim Schoenfeld. "The Road Warriors have been an excellent affiliate and have provided a tremendous environment for our prospects to continue to grow and develop."
The Road Warriors return home on November 2nd and for Road Warrior Tailgate Weekend presented by HOT98.1 and X98.5. The first 1,500 Fans in the door receive a college colored koozie at Friday night's game! Fans can enjoy FREE FOOD FROM CHIEFS WINGS AND FIREWATER, DISCOUNTED DRINKS AND LIVE ENTERTAINMENT at the Road Warriors Hockey Happy Hour presented by HOT 98.1 and X98.5 starting at 5 p.m. at the Charter Business Plaza.
