
Riversharks Win in Extras

Camden Riversharks News Release
Danny Richar hit a go-ahead solo home run in the 10th inning as the Riversharks knocked off the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs 5-4 in ten innings. Jay Marshall came on in the bottom of the 10th to pick up his second save of the season.
Mumba Rivera (1-2) pitched a scoreless bottom of the ninth to pick up the victory for the Riversharks.
Jim Ed Warden (1-3) suffered the loss allowing one run, Richar's home run, in 1.2 innings.
Camden took a 3-0 lead in the top of the 2nd thanks to a three-run home run by Alvin Colina, his 5th as a Rivershark.
Southern Maryland answered back with three runs of their own in the bottom of the 4th to tie the game thanks to a three-run home run by Tanner Townsend.
Noah Hall gave the 'Sharks the lead back in the 5th inning at 4-3 with an RBI single that plated Jonel Pacheco.
Tanner Townsend tied up the ballgame once again in the bottom of the 6th with his second home run of the game, a solo shot.
