
Riversharks, Syfy to Host 'Sharknado' Screening

CAMDEN, N.J. - The Camden Riversharks, in conjunction with Syfy, will host a special screening of 'Sharknado' on their videoboard after the game on Saturday, July 26th at 5:35pm. The screening will be in anticipation of 'Sharknado 2: The Second One,' which premires on July 30 at 9/8 on Syfy. After their game on Saturday, July 26th, the Riversharks will host a special screening of "ËSharknado' on their videoboard, and fans will be given access onto the outfield to watch the movie, which premiered last summer. The screening will begin immediately after the fireworks show and Kids Run the Bases presented by Silver Diner.
The Riversharks are offering a special $15 ticket and Sharknado t-shirt combo package for the game. Visit Riversharks.com, click the "Ëenter group code here' button located on the right of the screen, and enter group code "Ësharknado' to take advantage of the offer. This offer will be valid while supplies last. Throughout the game, Syfy and the Riversharks will collaborate with special "ËSharknado,' as well, including Sharknado tattoo giveaways and a Sharknado t-shirt toss. Fans will also have the opportunity to take pictures in front of a special Sharknado-themed green screen with props.
Sharknado tells the story of a freak twister that scoops up man-eating sharks from the Pacific and flings them at an unprepared Los Angeles. Starring Ian Ziering (Beverly Hills 90210) and Tara Reid (American Pie).
Sharknado received a rating of ages 15 and up for their made for television movie.
