
Rivero and Hill Lead Rapids to 2-0 Win at Chivas USA

CARSON, Calif. - The Colorado Rapids earned a road win in the team's second-to-last game of the season, taking a 2-0 victory at Chivas USA on Saturday night. Mart�n Rivero opened the scoring for Colorado, collecting a Jaime Castrill�n flick off a Tyson Wahl cross before finishing from a tight angle. Kamani Hill got the second goal for the Rapids, perfectly placing a header off a great cross from Omar Cummings.
Colorado goalkeeper Steward Ceus earned the shutout in his first-ever MLS start, as he replaced the injured Matt Pickens. The Rapids will now return home for the final match of the 2012 season, taking on the Houston Dynamo on Fan Appreciation Night, next Saturday, October 27 at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City.
