
Rivermen to Wear New Jerseys for 2002-03

The new Peoria Civic Center Scoreboard won't be the only change at this season's Peoria Rivermen Hockey games. The team will wear brand new jerseys with an exciting new look.
The jerseys will have a new logo with brighter colors and different striping than in the past. They will also have a lace-neck front.
The team will wear three different jerseys throughout the 2002- 2003 season. As usual the team will wear the home white and road blue jerseys but this season they add a gold jersey for special events and Sundays in the second half of the regular season.
Also back by popular demand will be the St. Louis Blue's jerseys. The team will wear their NHL Affiliate jerseys during Sundays in the first half of the season. The team will also wear special jerseys on Halloween, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve and on Valentine's Day.
The jerseys will be available for purchase in the team's gift shop the last week of September. Shop hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or online at www.rivermen.net.
