RiverKings Weekend Broadcast Schedule

Southaven, Miss. - The Mississippi RiverKings have announced the broadcast schedule for this weekend's set of games against the Knoxville Ice Bears and the Columbus Cottonmouths.

Radio Memphis, the RiverKings newest broadcasting partner, will carry the audio stream of both game broadcasts this weekend. Fans are welcome to visit their website at www.radio-memphis.com or at http://www.pirateradiostudios.com/ where 40 more games this year, including Friday's and Sat urday's contests, will be streamed live.

Broadcaster and Media Relations Coordinator Keenan Slusher will provide the play-by-play, with the pregame on Friday starting at 6:15 p.m. CST/7:15 p.m. EST and on Saturday at 6:45 p.m. CST/7:45 p.m. EST. The puck drops on Friday's contest at 6:35 CST/7:35 p.m. EST in the Knoxville Civic Coliseum and at 7:05 p.m. CST inside the Desoto Civic Center.

Also, for smart phone users, Radio Memphis has an App so you can listen to the RiverKings broadcasts on via your mobile device or through your car speakers with blue tooth. For iPhone users you can download the App here and for those with smart phones on the Android Market you can download the Radio Memphis App here.

RiverKings games are also available on America One all season long and you can access more information about this through the team web site and the "Watch Live" button on the home page.

Much like last year with CHL-TV, all video and audio of every RiverKings game, as well as every game in the SPHL during the upcoming season, will be streamed and available live on the internet via America One Broadcasting. Single games are available for purchase through their website for $8/game and Season Passes to gain access to every SPHL game this season are also available at the rate of $150.

The game will also be shown live during the RiverKings Away Game Watch Party at The Spot. Located at 210 E. Commerce Street in Hernando, Miss., The Spot is the official headquarters of the RiverKings Away Game Watch Party for the entire 2011-12 20th Anniversary Season and will have all the RiverKings games showing on their flat screens throughout the year via America One. All fans are encouraged to attend and will receive the following specials during the game with participation:

Tickets are still available for the game this Saturday, October 29nd at 7:05 p.m. for 'Pink at the Rink" night at the Desoto Civic Center against the Columbus Cottonmouths. All fans are encouraged to wear pink to this game and RiverKings players will be wearing limited addition pink jerseys that will be auctioned off immediately after the conclusion of the contest, with all proceeds going to support Pink Heals Memphis and Hernando Youth Sports. Stick around after the game as well for the post-game skate and the chance to meet your Mississippi RiverKings players.
