RiverKings to Go "Pink"

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - The Mississippi RiverKings are going pink.

In conjunction with Pink Heals Memphis and Wings Cancer Foundation, the Mississippi RiverKings will host their annual Pink in the Rink game next Friday, night, February 21, as they take on the Huntsville Havoc at 7:05 p.m.

The RiverKings will wear special "Pink" jerseys during the game that will be auctioned off immediately after the game to the highest bidder. The money raised will benefit the Maddox Sports Donor Advised Fund at the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi that supports the RiverKings' philanthropic causes.

During the game, fans can enter raffles to win the chance to shave the head of one of their favorite RiverKing. Defensemen Mike Grace and Matt Smyth along with forwards Devin Mantha, Sean Jones and Tyler Sheldrake will shave their heads for cancer awareness with the proceeds benefitting Pink Heals Memphis.
