RiverKings Season Kickoff Party Tonight

Southaven, Miss. - The Mississippi RiverKings would like to remind you about this year's RiverKings Season Kickoff Party, scheduled for Today, October 15th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at The Hills Hernando (formally known as the Hernando Hills Country Club).

The event will take place inside the main clubhouse portion of the country club and there will be ample space inside and also outside on the patio area. Please keep in mind that despite this year's accommodations, all areas for the party are "first come first served." There is plenty of parking available as well for the event located at 1000 Bradley Drive in Hernando, Miss. For further inquiries, the club house can be reached at (662)-253-0153.

All fans are encouraged to attend this event, where they will have the ability to meet the players, coaches, and front office staff for the upcoming 2011-12 20th Anniversary Season. The environment will be family friendly with live entertainment, the inflatable slap shot set up for the kids, and dinner will also be available for purchase through The Hills Hernando.

Make sure to get there on-time for your chance to win great RiverKings prizes with the prize wheel. Fans will also get a sneak peak of some of the new merchandise and apparel that will be featured this season in the 'Locker Room' team store at the Desoto Civic Center. This will also be an opportunity for Season Ticket Holders to pick up their tickets for the year, and depending on their account, their 20th Anniversary jerseys and parking passes.

If fans were not able to pick up their tickets during the week of October 10th-14th, the packages will still be available in the Front Office from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, as well as in the DCC Grand Hall before the home opener on Saturday, October 22nd at 7:05 p.m. against the Pensacola Ice Flyers.
