
RiverKings Scrimmage Re-Scheduled

(Southaven, MS) --- RiverKings' Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin "Killer" Kaminski has announced a change in the team's pre-season schedule for today (Wednesday, October 7th) only.
Today's scrimmage, originally scheduled for 4:00 PM has been moved back thirty minutes and will now start at 4:30 PM and will run until 5:30 PM. The scrimmage is open to the public and fans are welcome to attend and watch the team in action.
Other events in the pre-season schedule of workouts for the RiverKings remain as previously announced.
The RiverKings home exhibition game against the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs is set for 7:05 PM at the "Ice Palace in Southaven," off the I-55 Church Road exit. The RiverKings will also play at Bossier-Shreveport on Saturday, October 10th, with game time set for 7:05 PM at the CenturyTel Center in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Meanwhile, the RiverKings' first annual BBQ Festival and Pick-A-Seat Party will also be Saturday, October 10th, from 12 Noon to 4:00 PM. Food, fun and entertainment for all with a chance to purchase RiverKings season tickets that afternoon if you haven't already done so.
Season and individual game tickets are now available for another exciting season of RiverKings hockey in Southaven, beginning Friday, October 16th against the Tulsa Oilers at 7:05 PM. Call and reserve your season tickets now by calling the RiverKings at 662-342-1755.
