
River Rats Host "Guys Night Out" This Saturday

ALBANY, NY - The Albany River Rats today announced details for the club's annual "Guys Night Out" event presented by S & K Menswear on Saturday, January 24. The River Rats host the Rochester Americans at 7:00 p.m. at the Times Union Center and the event will have themed giveaways and prizes, while featuring the preliminary rounds of the 4th Annual "Miss Total Tan" Contest.
All fans in attendance will receive a free S&K River Rats Tux and Tails Poster plus the chance to win great prizes from area vendors including 677 Prime, Total Tan, Recovery Room Sports Grill, plus a Super Bowl feast for 10 from Mild Wally's and a two-night stay at Smuggler's Notch in Vermont. The game will also feature chair massages from the girls of The Ivy Spa for adults 18 and over plus performances by the Total Tan Ice Mice Dance Team.
The action continues with the finals of the 4th Annual "Miss Total Tan" Contest being held at Broadway Joe's, downstairs at the Times Union Center after the game. The "Miss Total Tan" contestants will be showing off their tans throughout the game during promotional timeouts, setting up for the finals after the game. Q103's B.J. will be joined at Broadway Joe's by the Jägermeister Jägerettes for the Miss Total Tan Contest, and the winner will receive a trip of their choice to Las Vegas, Chicago, Phoenix or Miami courtesy of Total Tan.
Don't miss the River Rats last home game before the All-Star break as these two teams battle it out for the third of four meetings this season.

Albany will begin a three-game home stand on Wednesday, January 21st as they face the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at 7:00 pm at the Times Union Center. The River Rats will host Binghamton on Friday night and welcome Rochester to town Saturday, with both games beginning at 7:00 pm.
