
River Otters Team Up With ESPN Radio

Missouri River Otters News Release
St. Charles, MO --- The Missouri River Otters of the United Hockey League are proud to announce a partnership with 1380 ESPN-AM Radio for the upcoming hockey season.
As part of the partnership, 1380 ESPN-AM will broadcast a select number of River Otters games over their airwaves. These games include the season opener Friday, October 15 at 7:30 against the Kansas City Outlaws, the game Friday, October 22 at 7:05 against the Rockford Icehogs, and the game Friday, October 29 at 7:05 against the Quad City Mallards.
Another exciting aspect of the agreement is that 1380 ESPN-AM will host a "Coach's Corner" with River Otters Head Coach Kevin Kaminski. This segment will run on Fridays during the "Big Show" with Malcolm Briggs and Howard Balzer. Coach Kaminski will call in at some point each week during the "Big Show," which airs between 3 and 6 PM on 1380 ESPN-AM. This segment will start Friday, October 15.
In addition, before select River Otters home games this season, Malcolm Briggs and Howard Balzer will do the "Big Show" live from the Family Arena. Fans are encouraged to come and hang out with Howard and Malcolm for these special broadcasts.
The River Otters start their Colonial Cup quest Friday, October 15 at Kansas City. The home opener is Saturday, October 23 against Quad City.
