
Ripknees start training camp

Minneapolis, MN. The ABA Minnesota Ripknees started Training Camp on Monday and 17 players were invited as they get ready for their inaugural 2006-2007 season. Among the players invited were seven who are already under contract. Former Minnesota Viking TJ Cottrell, Mitch Ohnstad, Rock Winston, Travis Leech, Jamel Staten (ABA All-Star), Tyrell Sledge and Roy Boone are currently under contract. Former Gopher Aaron Robinson, Levi Jones, Matthew Zaccary, Eric Ritter, Robert Riley, Reggie Gaddis, Michael Harrison and Jaison Williams are among the 10 remaining players competing for the final 5 slots with the Ripknees.
