
Riders Re-Sign McCullough and Hughes

The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced today that non-import linebacker Mike McCullough and non-import fullback Neal Hughes have re-signed with the team. Financial details were not released.
McCullough (6'2 - 220) was originally drafted by the Riders in the 3rd Round (23rd overall) in the 2003 Canadian College Draft. The ten year veteran has appeared in 176 career games including a current streak of 110 consecutive games played. Last season, the Kingston, ON native totaled 13 defensive tackles, ten special teams tackles and two quarterback sacks.
Hughes (5'10 - 208) will return for his tenth season after joining the Riders in 2004 as a free agent. Last season, the local product caught 7 passes for 71 yards and one touchdown at fullback while adding six special teams tackles. The University of Regina graduate has recorded eight rushing touchdowns and six receiving touchdowns through 125 career games.
