
Riders Add Mortty Ivy to Practice Roster

The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced the addition of import linebacker Mortty Ivy to the teams practice roster.
Ivy (6'1 - 239) joins the Riders after spending the last four seasons in the National Football League. The 27-year-old originally signed as an undrafted free agent with the Carolina Panthers in 2009 after attending West Virginia University. After spending the 2010 season on the St. Louis Rams practice squad the Monroeville, PA native signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers for the 2011 season. That season Ivy played six regular season games, registering one tackle, and one playoff game.
