Potomac Nationals News Release
The Washington Organization has announced that Potomac RHP A.J. Morris has been placed on the DL. Morris was set to start on Friday vs. Frederick in Woodbridge, however RHP Adrian Alaniz will make that start in his place.
This is the third trip to the DL for Morris including a stint on the DL to start the season.
With the injury to Morris the Nationals roster is at 23 which is two short of the Carolina League limit. The P-Nats are down to just ten pitchers.
