Kinston continues the roadtrip tonight at Wilmington, DE for the first of three games with the Blue Rocks.
Ring the Bell - Kyle Bellows was 2-for-4 on Wednesday with a double, 2-run homer and three RBI. It was his second consecutive three-RBI game and he is 5-for-9 with six RBI in his last two contests. Bellows is tied for the team lead with 13 multi-RBI games and leads the club with five games of three or more RBI. He hits .304 on the road as opposed to just .209 at home and has 29 of his 42 RBI away from home.
Let's Go Streaking!- Lucas Montero drew a walk on Wednesday to extend his on-base streak to 14 games. Jeremie Tice went 1-for-4 pushing his hitting streak to eleven in a row. He has multiple hits in six of those games during the streak. Kinston's longest hitting streak of 14 and on-base streak of 19 were both achieved by Karexon Sanchez in a stretch from mid-April to early May.
