
Reyes Returns to Wahoos

Pensacola Blue Wahoos News Release
RHP Jesus Reyes has been optioned back to Pensacola after spending the day with the Reds in Arizona yesterday.
Reyes did not pitch and was optioned back to the Blue Wahoos as the result of RHP Raisel Iglesias getting activated from the Reds disabled list. Reyes is available to pitch for the Blue Wahoos tonight in Jacksonville.
Additionally, Brian O'Grady has been placed on the temporary inactive list to be with his family following the death of his grandmother. In a corresponding move, LHP Kevin Canelon has been transferred to the Blue Wahoos from High-A Daytona. He has made 12 appearances with the Tortugas while posting a 2.45 ERA with 28 strikeouts against just three walks. Canelon rejoins the Wahoos after joining the team briefly in mid-April. He made one scoreless appearance for Pensacola against Chattanooga.
The Blue Wahoos continue their series with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp tonight at 6:05 c.t.
