
Renegades ready for training camp

OTTAWA â The Ottawa Renegades Football Club is set for the 2005 training camp in preparation for the upcoming season. The team reports to Kemptville College this weekend, with medicals and physicals Saturday, May 28 and the first full sessions of two-a-day practices beginning Sunday, May 29.

The Renegades also announced the following transactions Thursday.
Running back Eduardo Borrego and punter Derek Jones were both released. Veteran wide receiver Aubrey Cummings and defensive back Byron Capers also retired.
