Renato Torquato Joins Sidekicks for Rookie Season in the MASL

Allen, TX - The Dallas Sidekicks have announced the signing of Brazilian Midfielder, Renato Torquato. This will be Torquato's first professional indoor season in the MASL and with the Sidekicks.
Torquato grew up in Sau Paulo, Brazil, and graduated from Miliani High School in Hawaii. He played collegiate soccer at UC Irvine where he played in 19 games.
In 2018, Torquato played professionally in Sweden at Bodens BK. In 2019, he then went on to play at SK Supernova in Latvia.
To prepare for his first indoor professional season, Torquato has been training in Brazil during the Summer and playing in the UPSL.
"It's an honor to be a part of the Sidekicks because they have a rich history with many Brazilian players who I have looked up to," commented Torquato.
