
Rehabs end, Mudcats see roster shuffle

The Florida Marlins have made a series of roster moves impacting their Double-A affiliate Carolina Mudcats prior to tonight's series opener at Jacksonville.
The two major league rehab assignments of OF Alejandro DeAza and RHP Logan Kensing have come to an end. DeAza will be activated from the disabled list and return to the major leagues as the Marlins play continue a series in Philadelphia. Kensing will be activated from the 60-day disabled list and optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque to continue his recovery from Tommy John surgery. Meanwhile, LHP Jeff Gogal has been returned to High-A Jupiter, while RHP Craig Molldrem will rejoin the Mudcats tonight in Jacksonville.
Carolina's roster is at the Southern League limit of 24 players.
