Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks News Release
FARGO, N.D. - The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks will open the 2010 season tonight at Newman Outdoor Field, and the club is urging fans to avoid using 19th Avenue North this evening due to the Fargo Marathon 5K race that will be taking place at 6:30 p.m.
RedHawks fans coming to the ballpark on I-29 should use the 12th Avenue North exit and turn left on 18th Street North. Fans coming to the ballpark through town should use 10th Street and turn left on 15th Avenue North to access the parking lots.
"Our fans should be able to avoid any delays in getting to the ballpark by using either 12th Avenue North or 15th Avenue North," said RedHawks General Manager Josh Buchholz. "There will be a lot of activity in the area this evening and these routes will ensure RedHawks fans the easiest access to the ballpark."
The RedHawks, the defending Northern League Champions, face the Joliet JackHammers to open the franchise's 15th season. For tickets, please call 701-345-6161, order online at www.fmredhawks.com or stop by the stadium.
