Ottawa RedBlacks News Release
OTTAWA-GATINEAU - The Ottawa REDBLACKS are aware of a report in the Toronto Sun (Steve Simmons) that a young Tiger-Cats fan had snow dumped on him as today's game between the REDBLACKS and Hamilton Tiger-Cats was winding down.
"This type of situation is not at all in line with the REDBLACKS culture," said Mark Goudie, CEO of the REDBLACKS' parent company, OSEG. "We take great pride in being an inclusive, fun and welcoming community and to hear of this type of conduct is not acceptable. We will now go about getting all of the facts and will respond accordingly."
The REDBLACKS are investigating the incident and more information will be released as it becomes available.
