Red Bulls To Host "Countdown To Kickoff" Events

SECAUCUS, NJ - In anticipation of the New York Red Bulls' season and home opener against the Columbus Crew on April 5 at Giants Stadium at 7:30 PM (TV: Fox Soccer Channel, Spanish Radio: WADO 1280), the Red Bulls will be holding several "Countdown to Kickoff" events where fans can mingle and meet with Red Bulls players in the upcoming week while winning great prizes. Here is the list of events:

Nevada Smiths

Sunday, March 30: 9-11 AM

74 Third Avenue, New York City

Join the Red Bulls players for giveaways and drink specials as they watch their favorite European teams.

Port Authority Bus Terminal

Tuesday, April 1: 4:30-6 PM

625 8th Avenue, between 40th and 42nd Sts., New York City

Learn how easy it is to get to a Red Bulls match as players will be on hand to give out special prizes.

Mean Fiddler

Tuesday, April 1: 8-10 PM

266 West 47th St. New York City

Stop by to meet Red Bulls first team players. There will be great drink specials and giveaways.

ESPN Zone

Wednesday, April 2, 6:30-8 PM

1472 Broadway, Times Square, New York City

Meet Jozy Altidore and Eric Brunner at ESPN Zone, as more prizes will be given out.

Mulligans on First

Thursday, April 3, 7-8:30 PM

159 1st St., Hoboken, NJ

This is your last chance to meet Red Bulls players and enjoy drink specials and giveaways before the home opener.

At the home opener, the first 7,500 fans to attend will receive an exclusive Red Bulls scarf. Also, there will be a celebrity match to benefit the Worldwide Children's Charity Day at 5 PM prior to the Red Bulls-Crew match and a tailgate party at 6 PM at Lot 15 with DJ DP One.
