Peoria Rivermen News Release
The St. Louis Blues today reassigned right wing Ryan Reaves from the Peoria Rivermen to the ECHL's Alaska Aces.
Reaves has not played since suffering an injury against Rockford on December 26 at home. The Winnipeg, Manitoba native has scored twice with one assist and a plus-5 rating in 21 games for the Rivermen. The rookie winger also appeared in two games previously with the Aces during the month of October, recording no points and an even rating.
The Rivermen will return to the ice on Sunday afternoon at 3 pm against the Chicago Wolves when the team hosts Pucks and The PlayHouse in conjunction with the Junior League of Peoria. The event is designed to raise funds and awareness for the project, which aims to build the first interactive children's museum in Central Illinois. When you purchase a lower bowl ticket to the game for just $13 (normally $18) through the Junior League, you also make a donation to the Peoria PlayHouse! To purchase seats please visit www.peoriaplayhouse.org or call (309) 685-9312.
