
Real Salt Lake Loan Five Players to Real Monarchs for Midweek Match

HERRIMAN, Utah - Real Salt Lake today announced that the Club has sent First Team players Chris Kablan, David Ochoa, Chris Garcia, Bode Davis & Jaziel Orozco on loan to Real Monarchs for Wednesday's 2022 MLS NEXT Pro match at Zions Bank Stadium against Houston, pending league and federation approval. Under the terms of the loan agreement, the RSL First Team retains the right to recall any or all of these players prior to Saturday's home contest or at any point during the remainder of the MLS regular season, subject to MLS roster compliance guidelines.
Kablan recently made his Claret-and-Cobalt debut, coming on as a second-half substitute in the 2-1 come-from-behind victory at CF Montreal. Meanwhile, Ochoa, Garcia, Davis and Orozco all started for Real Monarchs in the team's previous match against North Texas FC.
Real Salt Lake returns to Rio Tinto Stadium on Saturday, May 28, hosting Houston Dynamo for Military Appreciation Night at 7:30 p.m. MT. Real Monarchs are set to host Houston Dynamo 2 at Zions Bank Stadium on Wednesday, May 25 at 7:00 p.m. MT.
