Real Monarchs News Release

HERRIMAN, Utah - Real Monarchs SLC is set to host San Antonio FC at Zions Bank Stadium on Saturday, April 20. Kick off from Herriman is set for 7:00p MT and tickets can be purchased at RealMonarchs.com or by calling 844.REAL.TIX.

An "Easter Eggstravaganza" highlights match day festivity in Herriman where fans will have the opportunity to hunt for Easter eggs inside the stadium with some containing Real Monarchs prizes inside. Fans can purchase tickets to the match by visiting RealMonarchs.com/promo and use code: EGG at checkout to secure four tickets and four marshmallow treats for $32.

Real Monarchs SLC will be aiming to bounce back from suffering its worst loss so far this season after dropping a 5-1 result to New Mexico United. The Monarchs gained the lead early through a well-placed goal from MF Jack Blake, but United took control soon after, providing five unanswered goals to sink the Monarchs and walk away with the full three points.

Saturday's match-up between Real Monarchs SLC and San Antonio will be the sixth match between the two and only the second to be held at Zions Bank Stadium. The two teams last met in Herriman in September, a bout that saw San Antonio snap the Monarchs 13-game home unbeaten streak by claiming a 2-1 victory. The Monarchs have not come out on top between the two since late 2016 when the Utah club prevailed off a 2-0 scoreline.
