
Rayz Round-Up show begin tonight at 6:00

The Corpus Christi Rayz Round-Up show will begin its new season tonight from 6:00-7:00pm, live from Beamer's Restaurant at 5922 S. Staples in between Holly and Wooldridge. Rayz fans are encouraged to come see the show live. The show will air on the Rayz flagship radio station, ESPN 1230AM. Rayz play by play broadcaster Josh Bogorad will host the show along with Head Coach Ken McRae and guest players each week. Tonight's season opening show will feature Rayz captain Geno Parrish. All fans who attend the show will have the chance to win unique Rayz prizes, including autographed merchandise and tickets to upcoming Rayz games.
Rayz Round-Up - Live From Beamer's will offer fans an in depth look into the week in Rayz hockey and the upcoming schedule ahead. It is also a chance for fans to connect to their favorite players away from the ice. Fans are encouraged to not only attend the show live, but participate as well. Fans at Beamer's during the show will have the opportunity to contribute to the show by asking their questions live on the air. Fans can also submit their questions via e-mail to the Rayz at question@ccrayz.com. E-mail questions must be received by 4:00pm to be asked on the air. Additionally, All Rayz players and Coach McRae will be available for autographs following each Rayz Round-Up show.
Beamer's once again offers an ideal setting to this season's program. Beamer's has 35 cent wings on Monday nights showcases Monday Night Football on a 100 inch big screen TV. With a full bar and extensive menu choices, fans who come to Rayz Round-Up will have plenty of food and beverage options. There is also a patio area in the restaurant, which offers an additional bar and smoking is available.

The Corpus Christi Rayz opened their 2007-2008 season over the weekend with a home and home split with the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees. The 1-1 Rayz return to the American Bank Center on Saturday and Sunday with games against the Youngstown Steelhounds and Laredo Bucks. Saturday is Harley Davidson Men's Night, presented by Classic Rock 104.5FM. Sunday at 3:05pm is Caller-Times Family Day. Tickets for both games are on sale now. Get yours today.
