Game Two of the American Conference Finals will be aired live at Bobby Hartin's Sports Grill on Sam Rittenberg and Orange Grove. Bobby Hartin's is the only place in Charleston to catch Stingrays Playoff Hockey. Wear your red and support your Stingrays tonight.

The South Carolina Stingrays fell in game one of their best of seven series against the Cincinnati Cyclones 6-2.

Matt Smith got his first goal of the playoffs last night.

The four goal loss was the largest of the playoffs this year for the Stingrays.

Trent Campbell's goal was the first penalty shot goal of the season for South Carolina. They were 0-2 during the regular season on penalty shots.

Cincinnati received goals from T.J. McElroy and Jean-Michel Daoust, firsts for both players in the playoffs.

Cincinnati's rookie sensation David Desharnais led the team last night with two goals and two assists.

The Utah Grizzlies and the Las Vegas Wranglers start their series on the 12th.

The Las Vegas and Utah met up 11 times during the regular season with Las Vegas winning 10 of the 11 games.

For the Wrangles, Peter Ferraro led the way with 16 points (5g, 11a) against Utah. For Utah, it was Justin Bourne who had eight points (6g, 2a) against the Las Vegas.

In 1997, with South Carolina on their way to winning their first Kelly Cup, Brad Dexter had 23 assists. That is the second most assists for a playoff year ever in the ECHL. The only player to have more was John Spoltore, who in 2000 had 26 assists for Louisiana.
