Rawhide Drop Second Straight Game to Begin Series

STOCKTON, CA- Ports score first, handing Visalia their second straight loss to begin the series. Starting pitcher Caden Grice received his career loss pitching four complete innings while allowing one run and three strikeouts. Visalia pitching combined for 11 strikeouts including a career high five strikeouts from Yordin Chalas.
Anderdson Rojas led the Hide going 2-for-3 including his fifth double of the season. Rojas extended his on base streak to 15 straight games which is a team high. Center fielder Druw Jones begins may going 1-for-3 including a double. Since April 17, Jones has only played one game without a hit (Apr. 27).
Game three of the series is scheduled to begin at 7:05 pm tomorrow night at Banner Island Ballpark.
