The first round match-up between the Carolina Hurricanes and the New Jersey Devils is a walk down memory lane for all those in Rats Country. The Eastern Conference Quarterfinal Series currently led by New Jersey features no fewer than 18 former Capital District skaters and is the fourth time the two franchises have met in the Stanley Cup playoffs since 2002.
