
Rascals Come from Behind to Defeat Florence, 7-5

Newcomer Lucas Taylor singled in Josh Ury from 3rd base to tie the game at 5 in the 9th inning, which was followed up later in the 9th by a 2-run single from Brian Fuess as the Rascals defeated Florence 7-5.
The Rascals trailed 2-0 after one inning, but scored four combined runs in the 2nd and 3rd to take a 4-2 lead. After losing the lead in the 6th on three Florence runs, the Rascals were able to come from behind and win their 8th game of the season.
Nick Niedbalski (2-0) pitched the 8th for the victory, while Wes Jaillet struck out the side in the 9th for his 1st save.
Brian Hopkins went 3-4 on the night, while Lucas Taylor, who was acquired in the Brody Jackson trade, added two hits on the night.
Brad Glassco will start Wednesday's series finale for the Rascals, who will play Florence at 6:00pm. Fans can hear the game on 104.5 FM KSLQ.
