The Buffalo Rapids play game 1 of a 3 game road trip in Scranton, Pa as they take on the NE Pennsylvania Breakers. The Rapids are coming off possibly the most exciting game in team history as the Rapids lost 113-112 in OT to the Maryland Nighthawks.
Tim Winn made 2 clutch free throws to send the game into overtime. Winn had 34 points, 4 assists and 4 steals. The Rapids had two players with double-doubles. Kevin Ross scored 24 points and had 11 rebounds. Carlton Brown scored 15 points and had 11 rebounds.
The NE Pennsylvania Breakers are coming off a 103-94 win against the Newark Express. The Breakers are the top team in the Connie Hawkins with a 5-1 record.
After the game in Scranton, the Rapids will travel to Harlem to play the Strong Dogs on December 4th. The Rapids will then travel to St. Catherines, ON to take on the DareDevils on December 10th.
