
Rangers Sign Brandon Maxwell

Rangers Head Coach and General Manager Steve Spott announced today that the team has signed Goaltender Brandon Maxwell to an Ontario Hockey League contract.
Maxwell, 17, is a Cambridge native and was playing in the US National Team Development Program in Ann Arbor Michigan. Brandon was acquired by Kitchener in a trade with the Windsor Spitfires. He is eligible for the 2009 NHL Entry Draft in Montreal.
