NEW YORK, March 30, 2015 - New York Rangers President and General Manager Glen Sather announced today that the team has reassigned defenseman Chris Summers to the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Summers tied for the team-high with three hits and recorded two shots on goal in 15:00 of ice time while making his Rangers debut on Mar. 29 vs. Washington.
The 6-2, 209-pounder has skated in 18 AHL games this season, tallying two assists and registering 21 penalty minutes. Summers has notched an assist and has posted a plus-three rating in 10 contests with the Wolf Pack in 2014-15.
