
Rangers and Whalers Complete Trade

Kitchener Rangers News Release
Kitchener Rangers Head Coach and General Manager Steve Spott announced that the team has completed a trade with the Plymouth Whalers.
In the deal the Rangers receive defenseman Max Iafrate, Plymouth's 1st round Import Selection in 2012 and 2013 in exchange for Kitchener's 1st round Import selection in 2012 and 2013 and a 3rd round pick in the 2015 and 2016 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection.
During the 2010-11 season Iafrate accumulated 5 goals, 2 assists and 74 PIM's in 62 games with the Whalers.
