The San Antonio Rampage's quest for the Calder Cup came to a close on Sunday afternoon, April 13 when they dropped a 3-1 decision to the South Division Champion Norfolk Admirals in the Western Conference quarterfinals.

San Antonio opened their inaugural season in the AHL playing their first six games on the road, before making their SBC Center debut on Nov. 3 against their intrastate rivals the Houston Aeros.
