RAMPAGE BEGIN NINTH YEAR OF FACE OFF AGAINST KIDS CANCER ON OCTOBER 30

Players Will Meet "Buddies" and Their Families During Halloween Costume Party at the AT&T Center

WHAT: The San Antonio Rampage will kick off the 2017-18 Face Off Against Kids Cancer program on Monday, Oct. 30 with a Halloween party at the AT&T Center. Entering its ninth season, the program pairs Rampage players with kids from Methodist Children's Hospital who are in various stages of cancer treatment or in remission. The children and their Rampage "buddies" will participate in a series of events throughout the season with the goal of forming lasting relationships while raising awareness for childhood cancer in the San Antonio community.

Monday's event will take place at the Terrace Restaurant at the AT&T Center, where the kids will meet their Rampage buddies for the first time. The players and their buddies will display their Halloween spirit as they participate in a group dinner, followed by an evening of fun, games, and spooky costumes.

Staff members from Spurs Sports & Entertainment will also be volunteering to participate in this year's program, giving the children buddies from the Spurs family in addition to their Rampage buddy.
