
Ramapo's Annual Winter Carnival to Feature Rockland Boulders Winter Blast

(Suffern, NY) - Supervisor Christopher P. St. Lawrence announced today that the annual Ramapo Winter Carnival will take place on Saturday, March 2nd, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, at the Joseph T. St. Lawrence Community, Health & Sports Center, 115 Torne Valley Road, Hillburn, N.Y. 10931. This year's admission free expanded event will feature inflatable rides for kids, DJ, dancing, games, crafts and the first annual Rockland Boulders Winter Blast.
"During these tough economic times the Town Board has endeavored to offer family oriented events, at little or no cost to local residents, this year's Winter Carnival will be bigger and better than ever," said Supervisor Christopher P. St. Lawrence.
The first ever Rockland Boulders Winter Blast will provide both young and old the opportunity to "meet and greet" Boulders players, BoulderBird, attend a free Baseball Clinic, Card Show and win Boulders tickets and merchandise. Free hot dogs will also be served to all Boulder fans who attend!
"The Rockland Boulders look forward to making our Winter Blast a part of the Ramapo Winter Carnival - now that training camps have opened, baseball fever is in the air" said Ken Lehner, President of the Rockland Boulders.
