
Rain Postpones Tonight's Playoff Game

Clinton, IA - Game Two of the opening Quarterfinal Round of the 2008 Midwest League Playoffs, originally scheduled for 7:00 PM at Alliant Energy Field tonight, has been postponed due to rain. The game between the Clinton LumberKings and Cedar Rapids Kernels will be pushed back to 7:00 PM on Friday night.
Anyone who has purchased tickets for tonight's postponed game can still use those for the same seats (box or General Admission) at the gate Friday night. No exchanges are necessary.
Those without tickets can still purchase by calling the LumberKings at 563-242-0727. Friday night's game will be broadcast live on AM 1340 KROS in Clinton and on the web at www.lumberkings.com.
