
RailHawks Announce Meet the Team Party

Cary, NC (March 22, 2011) - The Carolina RailHawks announced they will host their Annual Meet the Team Party on Tuesday, March 29th at BrickHouse Sports Pub located at 3801 Hillsborough Street in Raleigh. RailHawks ticket holders and fans will be introduced to the 2011 Carolina RailHawks and be able to watch the US Men's National Team match versus Paraguay with their favorite RailHawks' player. RailHawks President Curt Johnson will be on hand and will lead the Supports Club meeting at 6:30PM for all current Triangle Soccer Fanatics and JailHawks members as well as individuals that would like to learn more about the 309 Depot, standing and chanting section.
Check-In for the evening will begin at 6:15PM, where fans will receive one free drink coupon courtesy of the RailHawks. Team introductions will start at 7:30PM and the event will be emceed by the Voice of the Carolina RailHawks, Dean Linke. Following the introductions fans will be able to watch the U.S. Men's National Team versus Paraguay with their favorite RailHawks player at 8:00PM. Fans in attendance will receive food and drink specials, hear all the latest developments on the team, and be entered into special giveaways announced throughout the event.
"The excitement is building as the team prepares for our home opener on April 9th," said RailHawks President Curt Johnson. "Our players and staff are looking forward to spending time with RailHawks fans at the Meet the Team party. It will be a fun event for all."
The RailHawks will continue their preseason exhibition schedule on Wednesday, March 23rd against the Charlotte Eagles. The match will be played at WakeMed Soccer Park's Field 4 and will kick off at 3:00PM. Tickets are on sale now for the RailHawks home and season opener on April 9th as they take on NASL rivals Puerto Rico Islanders at WakeMed Soccer Park. The match will kickoff at 7:00PM.
