Tampa Bay Rowdies News Release
FC Tampa Bay finishes with a 2-0 victory against Florida Gulf Coast University in Saturday's preseason match. Defender Frankie Sanfilippo had the first goal and 2010 lead scorer Aaron King put the second goal in the back of the net.
Fans were lined around both sides of the complex at Brandon Area Youth Soccer League's soccer complex to root on their beloved Green and Gold.
The next Preseason Match is this Sunday, March 27th at 4:00 pm against UCF at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL.
Fans Came Out for Select a Seat Day
FC Tampa Bay held its annual Select a Seat day Sunday afternoon under beautiful skies at Al Lang Stadium.
Fans came out to pick seats and check out FC Tampa Bay's new home. The club opens its regular season in less than three weeks against the Montreal Impact on Saturday, April 9 at 7:00 p.m.
"We had a great turnout Sunday and our fans were very excited to see Al Lang Stadium in person," said FC Tampa Bay Director of Sales Mike McAdams. "Sunday was an ideal opportunity for everyone to see what will be an outstanding gameday experience."
