RailHawaks Participate in Community Event

The Carolina RailHawks announced Thursday they will participate in Xios Restaurant's "Big Fat Greek Festival" on Saturday August 4th from 3 PM and 7 PM. The RailHawks will sign autographs, pose for photographs and participate in a kids Q&A with all their fans.

The event is only a part of the festivities organized by Xios restaurant in Apex. There will be a kids zone, belly dancing and a hummus recipe contest. Fans are encouraged to come by 800 W Williams Street in Apex for a fun filled afternoon for kids of all ages.

The Carolina RailHawks will be holding an autograph session and a Q & A session for kids starting at 4 PM. There will also be an opportunity for photographs with your favorite Carolina RailHawk.

The Festival is free and open to the public, and runs from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.:

3:00 p.m. Kids' Center featuring a Balloon Jump

Face painting and balloon animals by Cotton the Clown

The Close-up Magic of Michael Casey

Belly Dancing by Leigh Brown

3:30 p.m. Hummus Recipe Contest

4:00 p.m. Live music with band Phil & Stacey Bash

Interactive soccer tricks and Q&A for Kids

Photo opportunities with the RailHawks

Autographs with the RailHawks

3 to 7 p.m. Roasted lamb on a spit

Gyros with fresh roasted lamb

Ice Cream & Drinks

5:30 p.m. Dinner is served - Come inside XIOS for a full menu of Greek specials
