Worcester Railers HC News Release
Worcester, MA - The Worcester Railers Hockey Club ( @RailersHC), proud member of the ECHL ( @ECHL), and Railers President Michael G. Myers officially announced today that the Worcester Railers HC has teamed up with the Worcester Telegram & Gazette Santa Fund for the second consecutive season.
The Worcester Railers HC Foundation will donate $10,000 to the Santa Fund with an on-ice presentation before the Railers host the Manchester Monarchs on Saturday, Dec 2 at 7:05pm. The first 3,000 fans that evening will receive a TRAX Bobble courtesy of the Telegram & Gazette.
In addition, anyone that makes an online donation at www.telegram.com/santa to the Santa Fund for $50 or more between now and Dec 16 will receive a voucher good for four tickets to any December Railers home game at the DCU Center.
"The Railers are happy to assist with the T & G Santa Fund again this holiday season," said Myers. "The Telegram and Gazette Santa Fund is a great cause. The Railers HC Foundation continues to support our local community and hopes others do the same with an opportunity to check out a Railers game in December."
