GARY, Ind. - The Gary SouthShore RailCats have unveiled another fantastic weekly giveaway in their already stellar lineup of promotions. For every Wednesday night game at U. S. Steel Yard in 2009, the RailCats will present a picture pack to the first 1,000 fans through the gates.
The picture packs will include individual photos of RailCats players, coaches, and mascots. Before each Wednesday night home game, fans will receive a series of photos courtesy of Great Lakes Orthopedics. Not only can fans collect these items, but that weeks' featured RailCats will be available to sign photographs on the concourse of U. S. Steel Yard until one half hour before the game. These handsome photographs measure 5 ½" by 8 ½" and will be available in five different series for each of the five Wednesday night home games at U. S. Steel Yard.
The opening series of pictures will be given away to the first 1,000 fans on Wednesday, June 17 when the RailCats square off with the Kansas City T-Bones at 7 p.m. Gates will open at 6 p.m. For ticket information, call the U. More Info: The Gary SouthShore RailCats are a Professional Minor League Baseball Team serving Northwest Indiana and Chicago's south suburbs. The RailCats won the Northern League championship in 2005 and 2007 and for each of the last five years, they have been chosen "Best Local Spectator Sport" by Northwest Indiana Business Quarterly. Their 96 game schedule includes 48 home games at beautiful U. S.
