Prince Albert Raiders News Release
Prince Albert SK- The Prince Albert Raiders have a very busy week to start the month of February, with 4 games in 5 nights as well as a couple of special visits to local minor hockey teams thanks to the Frank Dunn Toyota Future Raiders program and the RBC Community Skate on Sunday.
Here is the Raiders itinerary this week:
Monday, February 4th
Practice - 1:00 PM
The Frank Dunn Toyota Future Raiders program returns as Raider players Jayden Hart, Mike Winther and Davis Vandane will attend the Novice I Stars practice at 6:45 PM at Buckland arena. Dylan Busenius, Austin Daae and Joey Santucci will also be making a visit to the West Hill Sharks at 6:00 PM. The Raiders will skate with the novice players and teach them skills, as well as hand out tickets and mini-sticks courtesy of Frank Dunn Toyota.
Tuesday, February 5th
Raiders vs. Oil Kings - 7:00 PM
It's RBC Night at the Art Hauser Centre! All fans that bring a non-perishable item for the Prince Albert Food Bank will be entered to win a team-signed Raiders jersey courtesy of RBC!
The 2013 Prince Albert Sports Hall of Fame inductees will be honoured and take part in a ceremonial faceoff prior to the game.
It is another Vegas Weeknight! One lucky fan over the age of 21 will have the opportunity to win a trip for two to Las Vegas, including 2 nights' accommodation and two-way airfare from Saskatoon!
The Lakeland Ford shootout returns, where fans will go head-to-head to qualify for the chance to win a free one year lease on a 2013 Ford F-150 Crew Cab!
The pre-game meal, hosted by Lone Wolf Catering, will consist of Greek Riblets and will begin at 6:00 PM in the Ches Leach Lounge.
Wednesday, February 6th
Raiders @ Blades - 7:05 PM - 900 CKBI
Thursday, February 7th
Practice - 1:00 PM
The Frank Dunn Toyota Future Raiders program will be back for a double dose, as Anthony Bardaro, Andy Desautels, Reid Gardiner, Josh Morrissey, Austin Daae and Dylan Busenius visit the Novice II Stars and Novice II Bruins practice at Crescent Heights Arena at 5 PM. The Players will be bringing mini-sticks and game tickets for the teams, courtesy of Frank Dunn Toyota.
Friday, February 8th
Raider Day Friday returns! The Prince Albert Chamber of Commerce is urging all businesses in Prince Albert to encourage their staff to wear Raider items on Fridays before Raider weekend home games.
Raiders vs. Hurricanes - 7:00 PM
There will be a special presentation prior to the game, as Kenton Rein will become the third Raider alumni to adopt a section of the Art Hauser Centre!
It is also Prairie Mobile night, and fans will have the chance to win great prizes!
The pre-game meal, hosted by Lone Wolf Catering, will consist of hot turkey dinner and will begin at 6:00 PM in the Ches Leach Lounge.
Saturday, February 9th
Raiders @ Broncos - 7:00 PM - 900 CKBI
Sunday, February 10th
All fans are encouraged to attend RBC Community Skate at the Art Hauser Centre from 5:00 - 7:00 PM! Come share the ice with the entire Raiders team, as well as players from the Midget AAA Mintos and A&W Bears. There will be chances for pictures and autographs as well as great prizes being given out. The event is completely free thanks to RBC!
