Prince Albert, SK - The Prince Albert Raiders are proud to announce the signing of 2001-born forward Cole Nagy to a WHL Standard Player Agreement.

"We're really excited to get Cole signed," said Raiders General Manager Curtis Hunt. "He is a big centreman that posses tenacity, skill, and speed. We can't wait to get him into a Raiders jersey."

Nagy, listed at 6'4 and 190 lbs, currently leads the SMAAAHL in points with 21 goals and 28 assists in 32 games for the Saskatoon Blazers.

The Saskatoon product just completed a run with the Blazers at the Mac's AAA Midget World Invitational Tournament, scoring four goals and adding four assists in six games played as the team reached the semifinal.

Nagy has led the Blazers to a 24-6-0 record, good for first place in the SMAAAHL.

The Raiders return to the Art Hauser Centre on Friday night when the Moose Jaw Warriors (19-8-5-1) make their first trip to Prince Albert this season. Then, the Raiders host the Saskatoon Blades (22-11-5-0) on Saturday. Puck drop for both games is 7 p.m. Tickets are available at raiderhockey.com and the Raider Office.
