Raiders Announce Open Tryouts

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (October 7, 2008)- The Rochester Raiders have announced that they will be holding open tryouts on Sunday November 2, 2008 at Premier Sports Center on Phillips Road in Webster. The tryout is open to anyone who would like an opportunity to play for the Rochester Raiders during their 2009 season. The tryout will run from 10:00am-12:00pm with registration beginning at 9:15am. Players interested are asked to visit the Raiders website at www.rochesterraiders.com for details on how to register.
The Raiders will be entering their fourth season overall and their first in the newly established Indoor Football League (IFL). The season is set to get underway in March of 2009 in which the Raiders will be playing seven regular season home games at the Blue Cross Arena.
