Rochester Raiders Set for Championship Run
June 28, 2010 - Indoor Football League (IFL)
Rochester Raiders News Release
The Rochester Raiders (9-5) travel to Richmond to take on the Richmond Revolution (13-1) for the first round of the 2010 Indoor Football League United Bowl Championship. There was only one team to defeat the Atlantic East Champion Richmond Revolution during the regular season, and that was the Rochester Raiders.
The two rivals are very familiar with each other as this is their fifth meeting this season. The Raiders have a lot to prove going into tonight's game. First All-IFL Team and Rochester Raider WR Kevin Conception (921 Yards on 65 Receptions - 30 TDs - 65.8 Yards Per Game - 14.2 Yards Per Reception) takes on the IFL MVP and Richmond Revolution QB Bryan Randall in a game that should be a battle of offensive juggernauts.
The game is being played tonight, Monday June 28, 2010 at 7:05 PM and will be shown on B2Networks.
