
Quad Cities tryout camp a success

Quad Cities, IL. The ABA Quad Cities professional basketball team called its first tryout camp "a success." Many seasoned players attended the camp. VP of Operations and Asst. Coach Acie Earl, owner Tom McGinn and consultant Dorian Earl witnessed three hours of tough competition and drill work as many players tried their best to impress.
Ex-IBL players Nick Zachary (Elgin Racers) and Amir Watts (Lake County Lakers) attended the tryuout. The highlights of the cmap were Tyler Ryan with his sharp shooting abilityu and Amir Watts with just "a great overall camp."
Quad Cities plans to sign a few players this week from camp and invite the best players from the Naperville camp to the Quad Cities tryout in Iowa city at Robert Lee Rce Center, September 2nd from 12-3pm.
