"We can't thank Stampeders fans enough for their support of the Purolator Tackle Hunger program over the years and look forward to another great showing on Saturday," said Stampeders president Gordon Norrie. "We're proud to be associated with Purolator in this terrific cause and are thrilled to be able to support the Calgary Food Bank."
"It's an honour to once again be a part of the Purolator Tackle Hunger program," said Cornish. "We're so fortunate to be living in a great city like Calgary and people here and in the surrounding area have shown great compassion and enthusiasm when it comes to helping those individuals in our community who are in need."
In addition to the food drive, each time a CFL quarterback gets sacked throughout the 2015 regular season, Purolator will donate the equivalent of the quarterback's weight in food to the CFL hometown's food bank.
